A family of six, on the North Shore of Long Island, needs to hire an experienced Full-time Nanny, live in or live out, to primarily care for their infant, while also providing occasional support for three older school-aged children before and after school. Responsibilities include all aspects of infant care: maintaining feeding and sleep schedules, engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities, preparing bottles and meals as the child grows, handling children’s laundry and organization, and helping to keep children’s spaces tidy and well maintained. The Nanny will also assist with school pick-ups/drop-offs and occasional support for the older children as needed. The Nanny needs excellent experience with infants, while also being comfortable engaging with toddlers and older children, though this will be collaborative with a stay-at-home parent and additional childcare providers. All candidates should be comfortable around water, as the home has a pool, and must have a valid driver’s license, as well as be up to date on MMR, TDAP, and flu vaccines. Ability to travel domestically is a plus.  Live out  typically be Monday through Friday, from 7:30am–6:00pm. Live in is Monday – Friday – flexible hours. Salary range: $35–$40/hour. Flexible start date.
